I am 5''11' and wore flats and the dress came to about the perfect height, but it was a close call. I am abnormally tall though for my size. If you are on the taller side, like me, and want to wear even a slight heel, I highly recommend that you get the long size. And if you have similar measurements as me, I highly recommend choosing the 4. I couldn't fit the 2 over my hips.
