I needed a dress that I could wear to work and then to a family holiday party afterwards -- this dress did it. It was warm and good for a cold December holiday party... but, I woudn't rent it again. The fit was a little off, and it flared out a lot more than on the model picture (I am a size 6, which i wore, but the size 4 was unavailable and probably would have been better). The asymetric hem was nice, but the back has odd pleating that made me feel more costumey for Christmas than dressy. Definitely needs a big statmement necklace! Overall... just OK.
