It was a little smaller in the bust. Didn't wear a bra with it. Didn't need to. The rest of the dress was perfect. I did wear Spanx just to make sure it was nice and smooth. Perfect for the afternoon reception I was attending. The 6 would have worked as well but the 4 felt like it was made for me. Lots of seams in the pattern so it hugs the whole body! Go up a size if you are a little shy.
