I usually wear a size 0, but my preference for a slightly less fitted mid-section made me go with the size 2. Really liked the length on me, since I'm short and will rarely wear a dress with more than a 34" shoulder to hem seam. I didn't have any discomfort under my arms because of the sequins, as other reviewers have mentioned. Overall, a really fun, yet comfortable dress!
