I was so excited that the dress fit me in my "real" size-- so often, couture and high-end dresses are cut small. That said, there were a few issues-- it's a bit long in the upper torso, so I could have benefitted from shortening the straps a bit. Also, the slip came out from the bottom hem, but not when I first put it on, so I was unable to fix this issue. It only did this when I was sitting down, so I just tucked it up. This dress is very fitted and snug, but because it's cotton, it will stretch. I have a wide back/shoulders and am fairly busty, but my regular size still fit, so I don't know that I would even recommend going up a size. My bra was a little funky underneath, but again, that's me, not the dress. I will DEFINITELY rent this again, perhaps in one of the other colors, though I really loved the blue. I have a Coach bag that went perfectly, and I wore the multi-strand of pearls for a perfect ensemble!
