I absolutely loved this dress! I rented it for a formal ball and it was perfect for the event and very elegant. The model photos throw off the color a bit; it's dark navy with black designs. Fit details: I usually take a 4, ordered a 4R, and it fit fine but the bodice was definitely snug. If you're large-chested, I would definitely order a size up. Don't need to worry about hips or anything, there's plenty of room. As for length, it does run long. Im 5'7" and wore about 3" heels, and it was barely above the ground in the back. Keep this in mind: you will have to wear heels. Overall: AMAZING DRESS. Totally elegant, you will get compliments all night. Also from what I can tell from the other reviews, it looks awesome on most body types! Also: POCKETS. They're awesome. So yes, do it. Monique Lhullier is amazing.
