I'm 5'7", 153lbs, and a 34DD-The dress fit great and I didn't have to wear a bra, which was awesome. The only thing I'd say is if you're as tall as I am, I'd order the long if you want to wear heels. I had to wear completely flat shoes, which was fine, but it was still a little short. I still loved it and I'm sad to send it back!
