This dress was overnighted to me after two other dresses from RTR did not work. The customer service was incredible. I ordered the 8L and the 10L and the 8 fit like a glove. This dress is very well made. I did not need to wear a bra, although a Nubra would have worked well. I wore the dress with 4.5 inch heels and the hem barely skimmed the floor. I am 5'8". It was just right. My husband said "that dress was made for you!" I wore it to a black tie fundraiser, and the dress was perfect because it was conservative but still sexy and feminine. I felt so comfortable and confident in it. I received compliments all night long.
