I wore this dress to work as a manager at my hotel's New Years Eve gala. It was perfect... elegant and conservative with still being young and modern. The dark green was a very pretty alternative to the usual black. I received many compliments! As other people have mentioned, it does run a bit small and was a little tight in the arms, but I would highly recommend!
