This dress was perfect for a black tie wedding (I liked how the little black bow coordinated with a tux bow tie!. I wore with black heels and pearls and it was both feminine and classy. I was concerned that the ruffled bottom might acentuate a pear shape, but I think it was actually flattering. I would definitely recommend steaming all the little petals at the bottom as they arrive pretty crushed and flattened...takes a long time, but worth the difference. The only issue I had with the dress was that the black belt that came with the dress was seemed several sizes larger than the actual dress, so I had to get a little creative with making it fit. Otherwise, really cute dress!
