I'm not used to a drop waist, I usually try to emphasize my waist instead. That said, this dress was high quality and I felt very fashionable. The skirt does ride up a bit on hips, so be aware. You may need spanx as well for the lower tummy area if that is one of your concerns. Plenty of room for a large bust and very comfortable. The lining matched my skin tone almost perfectly so that was a plus. The dress was warm enough for a chilly day, but I wouldn't recommend it for a summer affair.
