True to size through the bust. If you are on the shorter side though this dress may not be for you. I wore 2R but both 0 and 2 were dragging along the ground and I am 5'3 and 1/2. Must wear heels with it if you're short. Grecian style is great for hiding hips and tummy, and I liked the adjustable spaghetti straps. Dress would look great with bright necklace, however I was at a fall wedding so I didn't accessorize much.
