great customer service!! even the box it came in was nice...i don't want to put it in recyling yet! the only reason i didn't give a 5 star rating to this dress is that it was SHORT! i am a curvy woman...5' 10" and sized 12/14. i was wearing spanx-style, high-waisted pantyhose with it and there many times (especially when seated-thankfully i had a large napkin during dinner) where the support-area of the pantyhose were showing under the hem of the dress. the hem inside the right sleeve had come unsewn before i received it but you couldn't tell when the dress was on. great dress and excellent service. i will use rent-the-runway again!!
