I am utterly and completely obsessed with this dress. It is so gorgeous and I love the contrast between the form-fitting top and the flowy chiffon skirt of this dress. It is absolutely perfect. Also, this dress wasn't available in a long and I was worried it would be too short, but the 4R was actually still a little long on me with flat sandals. You don't need a bra because the fabric in the top is thick enough to provide some coverage.
