I got this dress in a 4 and 6. The 4 fit best on top for me. I am 5' 3.5" and have a moderate bust. It hit right at my knee. It was form fitting on the top and flared out at the hip. It has a lining that makes the bottom extra puffy and I thought it might be too much but it wound up being perfect once it was on.
