I am 5'4 118lbs and the XS Regular fit well. Someone commented this dress runs small, but I think it's true to size, or even a little large. The front v-neck was a little too low for me because this was worn at a work function, so I safety pinned the top about an inch higher than it is. Wore a stick on bra (dress is backless of course). Can't tell you how many compliments I got on it. It's a head turner because it's so simply elegant... Rent it, you won't regret it...
