I fundraise for a living so my budget is tight, with the obligation to attend multiple black ties a year. I also need to be able to run around, lift boxes and whatever else the event calls for so this dress was perfect. I will say I'm short 5'3 and this dress was just right on me (that never happens!), so average height/tall ladies be warned. The dress was not super dressy and could be dressed up or down. Oh and this was a Masquerade Ball, hence the face pain and masks!
