I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with the crew at Rent the Runway and your World Class Customer Service that rivals the Ritz Carlton! The RTR stylist, Lindsey, was fantastic in helping me select the Rachel Roy Listen Up dress for my Company Annual Awards Banquet. She gave great suggestions for sizing and even threw in the beautiful gem-stone earrings which went perfectly with the dress! Right before my event, the back-up size for the dress became unavailable. Neil, a fantastic RTR customer service rock-star, was so amazing. He emailed me offering a second dress of any price for free in case the dress didn't fit. He said that if neither option worked he would send other dresses! So nice and so dedicated to making sure that my event went off without a hitch and that I felt great in what I was wearing! I selected the beautiful navy blue Cushnie Et Ochs "Next Level Sheath." Thankfully, the Rachel Roy dress fit me perfectly. Ironically, the Coshine Et Ochs fit my colleague, Elaine, like it was made for her so she ditched the other dress she had planned on wearing and rocked this dress! She looked so absolutely amazing that I had to share these pictures. I also tried on the dress and it was a bit tight up top for me because I have broader shoulders. I would size up if you have broader shoulders or a wider rib-cage. Elaine has a great hour-glass shape. This is a great dress for a pear shape. For a formal affair some type of statement necklace really sets off the dress. Elaine got tons of complements and looked like a supermodel. I can't say enough wonderful things about Rent the Runway and your fantastic customer service. Rent the Runway dressed three Lucas Group girls at this year's Year End Meeting. I wouldn't be surprised if RTR dressed the entire Female staff next year as we were all absolutely singing your praises! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
