if the sleeves would have not been so tight on the 10 it would have been the perfect fit then the shoulders would have stayed up more...but I had my slimming Spanx on and it had the straps so I just let them show which really didn't take away from the dress at all.......thanks RTR I will never sew or buy another dress you are now my reason for attending more functions.......I also recommended you to one of my co workers and she so loved her dress for the Black Tie Gala
