I ordered a 40R and a 42R. I could just zip up the 40R without a bra, but the built-in support wasn't enough for me. The 42R was at first too big, but it fit better after I put on a (slightly padded) bra. It was still a little big in the bust, so I safety-pinned the inside of the dress to the bra just to be safe. Other than that, the dress was great!
