I wore this to prom and it came right on time and fit perfectly! No need to hem or wear extra padding in the bust (I'm a B cup). I'm 5'2 and wore 3" heels and the length was just right. There was a corset inside which gave it a good shape. The only downside was that the top glitter part is very thick so it wasn't as elegant as I had pictured. Overall, I got a lot of compliments and it fit true to size.
