I wore it to a military formal event, and it was perfect! It was fitted enough without being too revealing, and it was actually more of a royal blue than the navy shown online. I ordered a 4 (which is what I usually wear) and a 6 because the reviews indicated that it ran small, but the 4 was perfect. I received lots of compliments, and my man loved it! I highly recommend this dress :)
