I love this dress - it is definitely a 10! The rouching at the waist helps to conceal any bulges, and the sleeves are great if you are uncomfortable showing your arms. The back is gorgeous - the material is gathered into a knot just under your rear, and the material flows downward into a small pool train. A very elegant look! I wore it with the Badgley Mischka Crystal Envy necklace - the perfect accessory!
