I wore this dress for prom this year. I felt so beautiful and stunning. The dress was so incredibly comfortable even though my undergarments werent. I received so many compliments even from students i didnt know. Not to mention the rtr service team is awesome! This dress came ripped in the seams, very noticeably in the back. I contacted them and they said the dress would be overnighted. Unfortunately, UPS messed up the order and the dress was not scheduled until Monday. RTR contacted me straight away and when I asked for a refund, they were more than willing to provide one. I repaired the dress temporarily for the night and there were no issues, and I still get my refund. This is a legitimate company who are really out to service their customers.
