The dress was true to size. I ended up wearing the 8, and it was perfect. The material was slightly itchy, but it wasn't a big deal. Just be sure to wear a good push up bra if you aren't very full in the chest. I had so many people complement me and ask where I got the dress. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
