I initially ordered this dress in a 12R & 14R based on other reviews that said the dress runs large. The 12R didn't fit at all and the 14R was really short and tight in the mid-section. I don't know if they accidentally sent me the short one, but I am only 5'3 so it was weird that a regular would be short on me. I called in a panic a within an hour I had a tracking number for the 16L that was being sent to me. I couldn't beleive how quickly they were able to calm my freak out! The customer service I received was incredbile! The dress was a little big up top and very long, which really made me think that the 14R they sent was definitely a 14S. But with a few safety pins and some fashion tape, I was able to fix it. I felt so glamourous and received a ton of compliments. The dress was comfortable and looked great. I would recommend it to anyone!
