I am 5'7" and 150 lbs. I got the 4L. Was long but I wore 5" heels and it was perfect length on me. I didn't have to wear a bra as there was great coverage. I have a big bootay so this is a great dress for that and made me look slender. I got so many compliments on it and it goes great with blonde hair. I highly recommend this dress. :)
