I am 5'7" so I struggled in picking long versus regular. If you are wearing heels, definitely long. It brushed the ground with 2 1/2" heels but the regular would have been way too short. I knew no one at the gala but was stopped 3 times and told the dress was stunning. Very true to size and fit perfectly. Great fit for someone with a little belly (like after having 3 kids!). Highly recommend this dress.
