I chose this dress for a Med School Graduation Gala that people wore both short and long dresses to. It is simple but oh, so glamorous. The 4 fit perfectly albeit a little long (being a long dress increased the chance of people stepping on it) but the bust area felt great and it was very slimming at the waste. The color is more of a royal blue than in the picture but comes across super vibrant in pictures. Totally recommend it!
