The color is exactly as pictured - tomato red. I paired it with gold and peach tones. I suggest dangle earnings instead of a statement necklace as pictured on the model. The zipper is a little tricky in the back because of the gathered waist, so make sure you have someone to help you zip it up carefully. The length was perfect in the 0R even through I am extremely petite. I wore my tallest heels ~5"" so that obviously helped get the length right. If you are concerned about the dress being too long (which I doubt it will be on anyone else) don't assume you can use hem tape since there are two layers of fabric for the skirt. Honestly, I wish I could afford to purchase this dress because it fit absolutely perfectly!
