I wore this to an awards show I produced. It was glamorous and stunning for the red carpet but also comfortable enough to be running around behind the scenes all night. The fabric was really soft and forgiving- I was shoveling pizza and snacks down as meals the day of the show but the peplum didn't let it show. The regular length was perfect when I had heels on and a little too long when I switched to flats- and I'm about 5' 4"- 5' 5". The dress also held itself up nicely even though it was strapless so I wasn't constantly pulling it up all night- just the occasional adjustment. Overall nicely structured up top and through the waist. Gorgeous gown especially if red is your power color!
