The fit is awesome. If you're curvier, I'd wear spanx of some sort. I just wore spandex shorts underneath to "suck some things in." It fit my shape beautifully. The dress came to about mid-thigh on me, which was a concern since I'm so tall. The sparkles weren't a concern, either. I had an "itch free" night! Honestly, get this dress. People were calling me "sparkles" all night and I was truly the center of attention. High quality, fits like a glove (with a little room to hide some flaws), and overall an excellent dress.
