I wore this dress to a military ball in December. I am 5'10'' with a small waist and wear a size 34D bra. I ordered the 4L and 2L, thinking I was going to wear the 4L, but actually ended up wearing the 2L. I found the 4L a little large, especially at the bust line. The 2L fit perfectly and I did not have to worry about pulling up my dress all night long. I wore this dress with flats since my date was close to my height, but I definitely could have pulled off wearing 1-2 inch heels. I also wore a necklace from Anthropologie and a snakeskin bag from a small boutique. I felt like a princess wearing this dress and could not stop smiling all night. I did not want to take it off!
