Love this dress. The blue is even better in person, so vibrant! The material is gorgeous and flowy. It's a high neck so I wore a statement necklace over it. I wore the 10 to the event because the waist was a better fit so that the top didn't blouse too much (I don't need anything more going on up there than there already is!) but after eating I think I could have gotten away with the 12 :) I ordered the regular but wore 4" heels, which was perfect, it just skimmed the floor. With flats or smaller heels though it would have been way too long so just a warning to petite ladies! No complaints though, loved it and would wear again.
