I am 5' 8" and I had to wear flats with the 4R and it was still just a quarter inch too short. The dress is very flattering if you are expecting, I was about 24 weeks and the dress had plenty of extra room for a bigger baby bump. The flow of the fabric allowed you take take pictures without looking pregnant from the front or you could tilt slightly to the side and accentuate the bump for pictures. Overall very happy with the dress for this formal occasion.
