I ordered the 12L and the 10L planning to wear the twelve but it was just a little too loose so I ended up wearing the 10L. It fit perfectly! I was wearing 4 in. heels and it was just above the ground. Later in the night I changed into flats and it was touching the ground but it did not feel in the way at all. It was amazing!
