The dress did run small on top! I usually wear a 2, but I am a 34c and there was no way that I could zip the dress past my chest, the size 4 was even snug in that area! Also, be sure to check that the zipper is functioning correctly, one of them arrived with a separated zipper (rtr handled the situation fabulously tho, still a happy customer!). I am 5'7" and went with the regular length, though the long might have been a better choice-at 5'7" you could really go either way with this dress. All in all, I LOVED wearing it. The dress was so fun to wear and everyone who saw it loved it! I wish I could own it!!!
