Amazing customer service
I picked the dress that I ordered specifically because I wanted to wear these earrings. Upon arrival, I noticed both earrings were damaged. The one pictured is missing a few of the small rhinestones, but it's barely noticeable. The other earring was missing the large clear center rhinestone on the piece that attaches to the ear. I was a little disappointed to see this, as it is a little more noticeable. I contacted RTR and my customer service agent (Mars - who is amazing!) offered a full refund of the earrings, and suggested a different style as a rental because they were out of the ones I selected. I didn't like the option that was suggested and had a personal pair I could wear, so I requested the refund and declined the earrings. Mars responded by stating that a refund was processed, but the second pair of earrings were overnighted free of charge anyway! I was floored that this was offered, and this was my first rental experience so I didn't expect it. As you can see, I wore the original pair of earrings anyway and it turned out fine. I absolutely love RTR and couldn't be happier with my experience. I'll definitely use them again!
