This experience was unforgettable for sure - in a bad way. RTR customer service is getting worse!
I received my order this evening and the dresses I ordered were too big. I ordered size 2 (doesn't come in 0) and 4 because another reviewer had said the dress ran small. I would say this dress runs slightly large in the waist/ribcage (the boning doesn't provide any support) area and really large in the bust area. I am 32B and even with a padded bra, the 2 wouldn't stay up. I called RTR hoping to get another dress delivered tomorrow, only to be disappointed completely. Not only did I wait on hold for 35 minutes, then I was told that, unfortunately, since I had been on hold for so long that I had just missed the last UPS pickup by 5 minutes- if I hadn't been on hold for an atrociously long amount of time, I would have had a dress to wear to my friend's wedding. I've used RTR many times before and have been happy, but the service is getting noticeably worse! The dress is really heavy material and not as bright as the picture shows, but the dress itself is lovely-the sizing is a bit off.
