Formal work event in the big apple. I always love splashes of color and this was perfect for a night at Carnegie Hall. 

Fit was perfect for me. I got compliments on it all night. 


I'm not big on top but my waist needed the extra space. Definitely a beautiful dresss. 

Some of the flowers are attached but most are embroidered.  It makes the dress unique.  It is a tight fit although comfortable when finally zipped up.  I couldn't lift my arms freely so size up if you hate that.  Everyone loved the dress.  I don't normally like floral dresses but this one was different because of the way the flowers are done.  Everyone told me to buy it but I was happy to rent it because I think the flowers would be high maintenance.  Which makes it a perfect rental for an event in my opinion.  

Fits great on the bottom, a little tight on the top but manageable. All the flowers are not fully stitched on which is a little weird/hippy. But even the bride complimented me on my dress! 

I LOVED this dress! It was elegant and interesting with the illusion mesh and flower appliques and some 3D flowers here and there.  I am 5’8 150#, usually wear a size 8 but was glad for the extra size because the 10 fit perfectly.  The zipper IS difficult and would have been impossible without help.  Probably not a good dress if you wave your arms high when you dance-the mesh sleeves are form
fitting.  This dress is  sleek and glam and I hope to rent this one again! 

What an amazing dress! It fits to the body but very comfortable. No itching and it’s not really tight but fits for the body. I love this dress and wish I could buy one. Wore it for a conference I sang at and received so many compliments for it! Macduggal is one of my favorite designers and I didn’t go wrong with this one! I would definitely size up!

True to size, but I ended up wearing the larger one for comfort. Can be constricting for the arms. Also, it's a little challenging to zip up, but once you get the zipper past the belt, you're good to go! I got lots of complements. Wore this to a late October outdoor wedding in the south with a farm theme. 

I got so many compliments on this dress! It fit great and true to size. Pretty comfy as well, no scratchy material. Perfect for a fall or winter wedding! 

The sleeves don't have any stretch - but are the see-through mesh. The rest of the dress is lined so you can wear any undergarments. I would recommend a strapless bra -  there's a surprise beaded belt! Truly formal, cocktail attire

The appliqué flowers feel different when you're wearing than when looking at the dress—I found it uncomfortable and almost tacky-feeling (in a fancy way!) on me, but found it totally delightful on my sister. Zipper was incredibly difficult, impossible to do myself. Fun!

SUCH a lovely dress - I got so many compliments. You will want to steam the applique flours because they fold in weird ways in transit, and the mesh sleeves are definitely a little itchy. I had ordered a backup size, but it didn't come through with the order, so I had no choice to wear the larger size - that said, it as comfortable and flattering, which leads me to believe that you'd want to size up when selecting sizes. 

The appliqué flowers were lovely and unique. I felt elegant, but the dress wasn't perfect for me.  The lining on the top was loose, and because it was sewn into the bodice, I couldn't adjust it,  but using double-sided tape on the bra helped.   I am 5'3/ straight and narrow, so it was a little long, but when I tried it on with a more padded bra, it took up space in the bodice and brought everything up, but in the end, I went for comfort.   Finally, despite the sheer material, the lining is heavy.  I wore this to a May wedding where it was unseasonably cool (high 50s), but if the weather had been hot, I would have worn something else. Overall, a cool dress, the appliqué flowers were interesting and flattering, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to wear this without buying it.

Everyone was obsessed with the dress, but the zipper was a three person job. It was impossible to move when the dress was just laying on the bed, let alone with someone in it. Also, on the model it looks more a-line than it is irl. It’s pretty form-fitting. Overall I’m super happy with how the pictures came out, but be prepared for some struggles getting this thing on. 

So beautiful in person but too small couldn’t zip it up.

The reviews were right-- this zipper is terrible!!! Some of the flowers didn't lay flat, I did try and iron down all the flowers. It was a bit itchy and I made it more "day-time" by putting a black leather belt over the sequined belt and a black blazer. 

I got a ton of compliments, and it was unique. It was great for the event and receiving the award I got but I would never buy this nor rent it again. Also relieved I got the back-up size 16. I'm normally as 12 at Banana Republic but this ran very tight.

This is a beautiful dress definitely quality made except for the zipper has one of those that doesn’t zip up when it gets to the seam and. It runs small and fitted. I didn’t wear it because I couldn’t get the zipper to move beyond the seam in the back. Was disappointed because it was a beautiful dress.

The only hitch is that the zipper can be a little tricky with the applique, so you will likely need assistance getting into it. I wore this to a wedding though, and everyone was raving about it. 

Fit for an hourglass shape - perfection. Teeny bit snug in the arms but when perimenopausal, we work with what we’ve got. Felt so beautiful. So many compliments. Is a bit warm since it’s a heavier dress. Keep in mind for summer wear. 

This is a beautiful dress. Wore it to an evening spring wedding in Canada, so it was perfect. It is indeed more fitted than it looks on the model. I’d ordered the extra dress in a size up, and ended up being glad I’d ordered it. 

It was a little snug. And the zipper needed special treatment to get it to work.

I was complimented throughout the night and strangers even asked me about the dress. Nice texture and appliqués. A showstopper!

I couldn't zip up the 4 and it was really oddly shaped, but it's SO gorgeous.  Could barely move.  Am going to try the 8 b/c I still dont think the 6 would work.  I'm normally a size 4.

Absolutely beautiful dress. Nonstop compliments. Movement is a bit limited as the dress is form fitting with no stretch, but that is was gives it a tailored look. 

Beautifully constructed dress; I received lots of compliments. It was the perfect vibe for a fall wedding. I'd encourage others to size up: it was pretty narrow through the bust and shoulders. 

Amazing dress for a fall wedding--if you can get rtr to send it! I had my first canceled order and it was my back up size in this dress, 24 hours before the event (12 hours before it was guaranteed to deliver). Lots of compliments and even though it's not stretchy, I'd say it fits true to size!

You need to be in the mood for all eyes to be on you.  I wore to formal day event - covered up the sequin waist with leather belt to make more day time appropriate.

Got many compliments. Was a BEAR to get into due to the zipper was so tough. Zipping past the waist belt was the issue so I zipped it up to that place and wiggled my way in lol. Runs small, size up especially if you have a bigger chest. 

Beautiful dress-but just too busy and distracting for me.  The flowers really stand out/pop out.  Fun, but was not right for the occasion.

I ended up wearing the next size up since my usual dress size was too tight around my chest. There is not any stretch to this dress. As others have said the zipper is the worst. There is no way you can zipper it yourself. My husband had to zipper and it was a struggle around the belt area and there are 3d flowers around the zipper.  With that being said, I still loved the dress! I wore this to a fall wedding. 

Wore it to an exhibition opening, and received tons of compliments. I'm usually between sizes 6 and 8, and the 8 fit best. The zipper is a bit hard to zip up because of the varying thickness of the fabric.
