I loved these earrings in the picture, and decided--in May-- that they would be perfect for a July wedding I was attending. However, I never got to find out if I was right. Although I ordered the earrings to arrive the Friday before the Saturday wedding, they did not arrive until MONDAY. I had them sent to my friend's apartment in another city, where I stayed for the wedding, so when they did arrive, he had to go through the trouble of returning them (not a huge deal, but still, I felt bad.) When I called RTR about the problem, the woman on the phone was not apologetic at all. In fact, she seemed annoyed. She told me I'd be refunded with a $25 rental credit, plus the $12 I spent (I used a promo code). That was two weeks ago. I have yet to receive either. Bad experience all around, and I'll most definitely think twice before renting again.
