How does Unlimited work?
You'll receive 3 pieces that you can keep as long as you want and exchange anytime. Browse our collection of clothes and accessories, and choose the items you want in your first shipment. Return 1, 2 or 3 of your items when you're ready and select new pieces for your next shipment. You can cancel your auto-renewal anytime.
How do I choose items for my first Unlimited shipment?
Once you're an Unlimited member, you will be prompted via email to select 3 items for your first Unlimited shipment.
What condition are the Unlimited items in?
We take great care to clean and inspect all of our items so they arrive in like-new condition.
Which types of items can I rent via Unlimited?
Choose from nearly everything on our website, including dresses, tops, skirts, handbags, jewelry, outerwear and more. Exceptions include, but are not limited to: bridal and vintage accessories, any dresses with a retail price of $3000+, and items from select designers.
Can I use Unlimited on the app or on the mobile site?
At this time you can use Unlimited on your desktop, tablet, or on our mobile app. The ability to manage it on our mobile site is coming soon.
How will I be billed for Unlimited?
Rent the Runway will charge you a monthly subscription fee. Your Unlimited subscription automatically renews and you will be billed on the same date every month at the rate then in effect to your payment method on file. You can cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I exchange an item for something new?
When you're ready, return 1, 2 or 3 of your items in the provided pre-paid envelope and take it to a UPS drop box or schedule a pickup. Package each accessory in the protective bag or jewelry box in which you received it; clothes can be returned without the plastic coverings or hangers. As soon as we receive your return, you will be prompted to select new items.
What happens if I lose or damage an item?
Your monthly fee includes insurance for minor mishaps and general wear and tear. Significant damage, lost items and theft are not covered. In those cases, you’ll be charged 70% of the retail price of the items.
Can I purchase my items?
Some Unlimited items are available to buy. To purchase an item you have at home, visit your "My Unlimited" page and click the "Buy Now" button below the product in your "At Home" section. Discounts, if any, are subject to change in amount and availability.
