Whimsical, cute, and flirty tutu dress with a lace-embroidered corset-like top. Great for photos!
I rented this for engagement photos and they came out really cute. It's not really ivory or white but more beige/blush-ish. The 2 actually felt a little more comfortable on me; I usually can wear between size 0 and 2 with 0's fitting like a glove, but 2's giving me more room to breathe and pig out. In this case, the 0 was quite tight and as the reviews say, if you have a big bust, you will feel really tight in this and might want to size up. I have a really small bust and I still thought this dress felt tight on the top with no give because it's not stretchy. Also between the 0 and 2, the dresses looked slightly different. The 0 had a fluffier skirt while the 2 was more flat, and I'm sure it might be because it had been worn more. I wanted a fluffier skirt so I opted to just suck it up (or suck it in) and wear the 0. I didn't even need a strapless bra because it was so tight. Also the 2 looked a little dingier in color. As some reviews said, the lace embroidery on the top did look odd in some places, but if you didn't look too closely, it was okay. I kind of wish it was a little more sweetheart neckline but the tulle skirt was really the thing that caught my eye. It photographed really well, but also keep in the mind the bottom of the skirt only has a short slip/cover so it can be a little see through. If you are taller, it may be a problem and you might want to wear something else underneath. Read all the reviews...they are pretty accurate! All in all, I've gotten good feedback on the dress and I'm glad I decided to rent it as one of my outfits for the e-sesh! It made for some pretty romantic pictures!
