This dress was my second choice but I ended up wearing it. I ordered a 0R but it was still big so I had to tie the neck part a little different. The bottom of the dress will be short if you wear a heel higher than 3". Once I made my adjustments the dress was gorgeous! I received so many compliments and was happy with my second choice.
