This was my back-up dress, so I only had one size - the 6R. The top had to be held on with tape, and Spanx were necessary to have a smooth behind, though I had to be careful because the back of the dress cut very low. Also - get the Spanx without the seam in the front! Unfortunately, you can see it in this photo. The material was flowing and had a nice drape.
