I wore this dress for a "gala" event in Las Vegas. It was to be my back-up dress which I had ordered at the same time as my first choice dress. However, my first choice became unavailable the day before I was to receive it. RTR attempted to contact me before they shipped out my order. Since I did not get back to them in time, they sent a replacement dress that they felt would replace my first choice. The replacement dress was a nice color and choice but did not come close to my expectations of my first choice dress. After trying on my back up dress, my family agreed it was the dress to wear. It fit perfect and was true to size. There was some cinching at the waist area around the hips but that is part of the look of the dress. The dress is shorter in the front with a slight train in the back that touches the floor and some people did step on it. I would advise to wear higher shoes. My shoes were 3 inches and I am 5'5. I loved the dress and it was the perfect color for the occasion. I received many compliments. Thanks RTR for your great service. They did give me a refund for the difference in cost between my first choice and back up dress.
