I wore this to a Christmas party and absolutely loved it! It's fairly true to size but if you can I would definitely order the size you normally wear and a size lower to determine what you feel best in! (I normally wear a 4, but wore a 2 in this dress). I'm 5'2 and it wasn't too long/short. Definitely recommend it!
