It's a very stretchy, loose-fitting fabric so I wore a size down. The regular length was perfect for me (I'm about 5'7") and it just skimmed my toes in 4" heels. With a good strapless bra, there will be no adjusting for you to worry about throughout the night. The dress stays put, the sash finishes it off nicely, and it's an elegant, clean dress with just enough interest to take it away from boring.
