Amid a sea of sequins and glitter, I like to think this dress was a standout. Pros: Fully lined, so there was no annoying sequin scratch. Overall it was comfortable, and I got a ton of compliments. Cons: It was a little shorter than I expected, so I had to hike up my Spanx and be on ride-up watch for the evening. The hem had fallen out, but a little Hollywood tape fixed that. And the open back was a bit lower than I felt comfortable with (plus, I had to hide the Spanx!) so I did a quick whip stitch to close it up a bit.
