I ended up wearing the medium even though I usually would wear a large but with the other reviews I was expecting this. The dress was very comfortable even with all the sequins . I had to finangle my spanx with strapless bras though in order to make my "girls" look perky and the dress kept showing my slimmer in the back and I would have liked that it didn't do that but oh well.
